the cord needs to be replacedas bad as it looks - with great care (take a look at the cracked cord) I plugged it in and the light bulb lit up, at least one of the tubes started to glow (I can\'t see inside the others though at least one more felt warm) and static/noise came out of the speakerwhat parts are salvageable - I have no ideaI will pack this as carefully as I can but who knows if the bulbs will light after shipping.this is definitely an as is with no returns item
