Correspondents include boyfriend Sgt. George \"Al\" Beasley who served in Co \"A\" 4th Battalion, Armored Force, Fort Knox, Kentucky among other locales, plus brother Willis A. Johnson and a few other beaus. One mentions the \"colored cooks.\" She appears to have been popular.

Some are written on military stationery, the majority with postal covers.

The lot includes a captivatingphoto, but unfortunately not identified.
