We cam across a box of more than 100 U.S. Army photos from the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. All of the photos are U.S. Army photos produced by the Ordnance Dept and not the press photos that are frequently seen for sale on here and other sites. All of the photos are from 1941 to 1943 and include various vehicles and anti-aircraft guns. We will be listing them all on here in the coming days, so check them out if you\'re a collector of militaria. As always, we are happy to combine shipping and will be happy to provide a severe shipping discount if you buy wish to buy several of these photos. All of the photos are 10\" x 8 1/8\" with a slightly smaller picture.
Now onto the item for sale.
For sale is a very hard to find U.S. Army WWII photograph from the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, Maryland. As stated above, this photo was taken by the Ordnance Department and is not a press photo.
This is a photo of a T40 3\" Gun Motor Carriage with Model 1918 3\" A.A. Gun, #\'d 59356 and dated 3-17-1942.
PLEASE NOTE: You are offerding on the ORIGINAL print, not a copy. As you can see, we overlay the image with text to prevent someone from copying the image and reselling it on it, or elsewhere. Believe it or not, people do that quite often. The photo you will receive will not have the text overlaid onto the image.
We found all of the photos we\'re listing in a Kodak Kodabromide photographic paper box and from the looks of all of them, we trust they were in there for decades. All of these photos, this one included, are in excellent undamaged like new condition.
This item will be shipped between two pieces of cardboard in a padded envelope via media mail with the USPS.
