I will never knowingly conceal damage or hide flawsThis is a vintage Effanbee Sweetie Pie from 18\" tall, marked Effanbee (c) 1942 on her head, and is made of composition with a cloth body, non-working mama cry box inside her tummy, auburn caracul wig and blue flirty sleep eyes and comes in what I believe is her original dress with matching bonnet, not sure about the doll\'s wig is perfect, face is excellent with small rubs and tiny cracks by the eyes, arms are great with no finger chips but legs have cracking and lifting (see photos)
Her clothing is in very nice condition with small signs of age and wear but no drastic damageA sweet doll whose eyes \"flirt\" back and forth as well as open and view all photos and email with questions
