Up for sale is a beautiful court document with German occupation, General Government revenue stamps on court documents from a legal proceeding in Tarnow Poland involving a legal dispute by Poles against Jews, which may be about the confisctaion of their property. The plaintiff appears to be Sebastian and Stefania Batko. and the defendants are Wolf Wasserman, Adolf Degen, Feiwel Majbruch, Mechel Lipiner, Hanine Gewelb, Roza Schiff and Israel Kresch. In excellent condition. Priced to sell. Note that the pages are 8.5 inches by 14 inches and are too long to fit on my scanner but they are intact and nothing is missing.Exceptionally rare Holocaust, Judaica material for this time period.
