Heavy wool Canadian army greatcoat, dated 1945. This coat is notably well made - stitching, fabric weight, features etc.
It has 12 brass buttons with the artillery motif and, \"CANADA\" stamped to fronts. These include:
-6 front, (approx 1\" wide)
-2 epaulets,(approx 5/8\" wide)
-3 back strap, (5/8\")
-1 extra, under left lapel, (1\")
It has four shoulder pips, (two per side), with inscription, \"TRIA JUNCTA IN UNO\".
This coat is very clean, odor free and with no signs of damage or wear and tear, (that I could see during the process of photographing etc.). If it was worn on a regular basis, it was very well maintained.
There are two labels inside the coat, one is stamped, the other is a sewn tag. Both state,
