I am pleased to offer this SINGER FEATHERWEIGHT PORTABLE SEWING MACHINE in the original case. This is one of the nicest I\'ve seen with the gold stenciling in great condition. The machine shows virtually no wear and appears to work well. The serial number on the bottom is AJ131205 which indicates a 1949 model. I don\'t know the first thing about sewing, but when plugged in, the foot pedal works well and the machine seems to function well. The case has a little scuffing, but is basically in good condition. There are even some attachments and bobbins inside. The woman must have ordered Nancy Johnson-Srebro\'s 1992 copy of the instructions booklet which is also inside. I liked this 72 page booklet better than the original as it can be read more easily. offer with confidence.
