Authentic US Mint 1950 Proof Set featuring 5 Coins - From the Estate of a Local Coin Collector
Franklin Half Dollar, Washington Quarter, Roosevelt Dime, Jefferson Nickel, Lincoln Wheat Cent
Housed in a hard plastic Whitman 5-Coin Holder.
When originally issued by the US Mint, these Early Proof Sets were sent in a cardboard box and each coin was individually placed in a cellophane holder. In many cases, the cellophane became brittle, so collectors transferred the coins to plasticholders for protection, as was done in this case. Therefore, some coins may have toning, cloudiness or rainbow accents.
These coins have not been graded nor previously offered to a dealer.
