I have here a really neat tin carnival ferris wheel made by Ohio Art. It is in very nice overall condition. When you move the gears by hand the ferris wheel turns just fine but when you wind it the key turns freely but it isn\'t winding up properly so that when you let go the ferris wheel turns on it\'s own. The gears are nice and clean and the coil looks fine but I just don\'t have the expertise to know what needs to be worked on. The small gear that turns the bell is missing but the bell does ring if you turn it manually. Very nice toy as it sits and hard to find one this clean so don\'t miss out! The pictures say the rest!
