PLEASE NOTE: As the ad was located on the back cover of the publication from which it was removed, there is some significant wear, including heavy surface wear and scuffing,one deep scratch (through the top layer of paper) as well as some other scratches, a couple of very tiny tears along the right edge of the page, a few bends and general wear.
