Good gloss on the paint (especially on the back), which is tough to find on older New York plates! Includes nickname \"THE EMPIRE STATE\" in the center at the bottom!

Plate isSTRAIGHTand liesFLAT, withABSOLUTELY NO bends.Spotty surface rust, mostly around rims and bolt holes, and some slight paint loss, and a hard, dried string of some clear liquid between the 2 and 4 on right side of plate.
