Up for sale is an all original 1952 Gibson ES5. Serial number A-11593, FON Z1251 1. The FON is the batch number with \"1\" being the first guitar in the batch, very cool and deserving. The pictures don\'t do the set justice. I am the second owner of this fabulous guitar amp combo.The guitar comes with the original alligator skin case. In excellent shape except for a small part on the outside corner from storage. I have owned this guitar and amp for 12 years and the guitar plays wonderfully, nice low action with lots of great tone. And the Bandmaster with it\'s incredibly rare extension cabinet just make it Boom!! It has fine subtle checking in the finish throughout, and golden tint on the bindings. It has the original owners drivers license inscribed to the back of the head stock, have pics, not uncommon for some vintage guitars from this era.The frets show almost no wear because it has had flatwound strings on it most of its life.All three P90\'s sound fantastic on their own. It has a 1 11/16\" neck width at the nut. A very nice and comfortable medium neck.Also being sold as a set is a matching1953 Fender Tweed Bandmaster serial number #0059(a pre-production number) according to the Fender books, and an identical 1953 Fender Tweedextension cabinet withP15N Jensen\'s in both. The extension cabinet has an extension cord that plugs into the Bandmaster, all factory original from 1953. Both have the original victoria covers, near mint condition on both the amp and extension cabinet. I have all the receipts on the Bandmaster and ES-5.Email me to get more pics if serious. The tube compliment is 2-black plate 6L6\'s, Sylvania Rectifier, and 3 Glass 6SC7\'s, the expensive and hard to find non microphonic ones. The tubes shown in the pics are not this set. The amp and cab run perfectly quiet. It has taken me half a life time to acquire a set like this. You\'ll never see another like it.
