In superb condition for age with the Singer date stamp EM605040 on the base denoting the year of manufacture as 1957. Its purchase price when new was £65-12-3 sixty five pounds twelve shillings and three pence, when the average house price was £2,000 - not a cheap purchase. It works like a dream and runs like a Rolls Royce, but as with any thing electric it should be checked before use. Cosmetically with a small scratch to the flat bed, all the gold lettering decorative detail and black lacquer in very good condition. The carry case comes without a key but in excellent condition. Comes complete with embroidery ring, darning foot, ruffler and six other feet, tensioning screwdriver, base screwdriver, Singer needles and other needles, original boxed motor lubricant, original Singer instruction book, all owned by my old Aunt from new.

Please remember that these are used vintage pieces. Most have had 30 / 40 or more years of use. A buyer of vintage items should assume some signs of mild wear and tear.
