1958/1964-65 Very Rare European Double-Sided Doll Trunk for BARBIE-FRANCIE & SKIPPER...Doll Case...TUDOR MANSION SCENE...10 1/2\" L x 7\" W x 13\" H...INTERNATIONAL FAIR..Couldn`t be bought in USA..Had to get it at the European Barbie Convention...This is considered the ***CADILLAC of CASES*** VERY RARE..Under the Collector`s Guide to Barbie Doll Vinyl Cases...This is considered to be the \"Crown Jewel\" of Cases.....The guide copyright date 1999 values this case at $175-$225 in Mint Condition..The author of the guide thinks this case to be an exceptional case..Because of the Brunette American Girl Barbie Doll and the Graphics are Unusual..Barbie is wearing the RARE INTERNATIONAL FAIR OUTFIT and is taking photo`s of Francie wearing (It`s a Date) and Skipper is wearing (Ships Ahoy)...The background is a detailed Tudor Mansion of Europe with Gabled+Peaked Roof.. This has two access boxes .I have been collecting these for 15 years..I have 5 of these...I was told 15 years ago that this could only be obtained at the European Barbie Convention which makes it extremely rare indeed..A Treasure..Especially in Excellent Condition.
