The twist (TTO) action to open the butterfly doors is crisp as well as the turning of the numbered collar to adjust the shave as each number clicks. The adjusting plate raises and lowers slightly as it should when you adjust the shave. The lower the number, the less likely you will knick your skin. As the pictures indicate, there is No Brassing, Corrosion or Plate Loss. This great collectible razor has been completely disassembled, cleaned inside and out, tuned up, repaired if necessary, re-plated in bright nickel, repainted and reassembled.The Razor Has Been 100% Re-Plated in Bright Nickel. This Razor Is Absolutely 100% Mechanically Perfect.

The black paint on the numbers and collar is in Excellent Condition. This is a really beautiful Gillette Adjustable Fat Boy Razor, with a NOS collectible razor blade. The razor is clean and shiny, with No evidence of wear. It is absolutely shave ready.

The razor has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized with Barbasol and polished. This great razor is ready to display or use. Razor was cleaned with antibacterial soap and water.
