KM-29, 1960 Israel 5 lirot (lira); silver,concave flan,lettered edge;early Israel commemorative issue, 12\'th anniversary of Israel, remembering 100 years since the birth of one of the founders of Zionism - Dr. Herzl, unusual concave flan causes the scan to lose focus in the center of the coin, choice uncirculated, in my opinion, but see high resolution scans to estimate condition yourself.
