Very rare vintage Astroboy machine gun tin toy. As of listing time, the battery function works however may need some maintenance due to loose contacts from time to time to make it work. To those who can take care of it properly and keep it this way, we are happy to find a warm home for this one to you then.BASIC STORE RULES:

3) For protection, safety and reliability - shipping is via EMS only (via Japan Post)unless otherwise arranged prior to winning or offerding. In some cases when the sizeand weight of the package exceeds the limits of EMS, FOB Cargo (Port-to-port)Shipping is arranged.
4) Handling time is basically set within 5-10-15 business days excluding weekends.Under certain circumstances it may exceed this period but in that case, we willinform you of any unexpected delay in shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for fastdelivery, but have allowance for unexpected happenings or delays. If in a hurry,please confirm the delivery and ask if we can make it to your deadline before buying.We only have 1-2 pick-ups scheduled and spread over the week depending on the volumeand orders.
PAYMENTS:
1) After the sale/s and the listing/s end, we will send the invoice via paypal(please check your email for this invoice), and payment/s must be received within 3days after the closing date.
2) We reserve the right to send 2nd offers to the next winning buyer or cancel thetransaction once the payment is not received within 3 days or if no contact or emailis received from your end. Automatically, will send an unpaid item reminderafter this 3 day payment period. After that on the 6th day, we will file an unpaiditem and relist the item or sell somewhere if no prior arrangement is made and thispayment deadline is finished
3) We reserve the right to deny purchase rights to any buyer who can not pay within 6days upon payment. If you have problems with delays or payments, please consultdirectly. We accept LAYAWAY and installments on a case-to-case basis. Please feelfree to inquire ahead before making a decision to buy.

SHIPPING:
1) Shipping and Handling fees are calculated and included in the total as appropriateto the item. (We outsource our logistics, warehousing and packaging processes toanother company and we are invoiced for the actual labor and other costs needed topack well and ship your orders).
2) Please do not buy multiple items without knowing the shipping and handling costsprior and getting a quote from us to avoid issues later on. Clarify first how much itwill take to combine possible shipments to help you save on costs.
3) We will ship to the shipping address written in the paypal payment only.
4) EMS shipping is the default method. For bigger/heavier items that can not behandled by EMS, we will only ship via FOB Cargo Shipping. FedEX and UPS is not cost-efficient and is more expensive 3-4 times than EMS.
5) We will only entertain other cheaper methods of shipping for those parties whohave established a good client/buyer relationship with us.
6) We take extra care in preparing your shipments and take packaging photos of the whole process as proof of our clear intentions and commitment to safely deliver your goods and orders. We will send you a link to view them after we are able to finish processing your package after which the tracking number will be assigned and registered in both and Paypal. TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

2) Essentially, post offices keep the package for a maximum period of 1 week and non-claimed items are automatically returned to us. If you fail to receive your item and package and it is returned to us. You will be required to pay the re-shipping and handling fee again, otherwise, your order will not be reshipped and forfeited and we reserve the right to sell it again without any refund at all.
3) Refused packages are not permitted and recorded. We advise you to buy responsibly and carefully decide before committing to purchase any item.
ACCIDENTS, INSURANCE, AND CLAIMS:
1) In theory, all items are fully-insured including shipping costs via EMS for free by default. Maximum value declared is maximum coverage for insurance. We are only responsible to assist with the claims process within the coverage maximum amount declared.
2) If by unforeseen circumstances, an accident occurred involving mishandling by the carrier and delivering party, we require proof of damage and photos. So please carefully examine the package or box before opening for signs of mishandling. Buyers are required to officially secure a damage or incident report and submit us a copy of that together with the photos as proof of your contribution to the claims process for us to follow up the case with the Japan Post.
3) Investigation, deliberation and decision normally takes from 2-4 months from submission of the claims report. Buyer/s must cooperate and patiently wait until we could update you regarding the case. Until then, we can not answer questions or anything during this grace period.
4) Final decision by Japan Post is non-appeallable and FINAL. Compensation amount is determined as well which will be arranged to be sent to you.
