This is a 1960s Wen-Mac gas powered US Army Hovercraft tethered vehicle, with box and paperwork, metal tool, tether cord still on the reel, and the apparently complete vehicle, with the grill to go over the prop. The paperwork includes a \"you won a prize\" thing, from something like GRIT. Box is missing part of the front as shown, vehicle dusty.
