Up for sale, a 1963 Fender Tube Reverb Unit in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. This early Pre-CBS all tube design delivers lush and detailed spring reverb, powered by an NOS RCA 6K6 and a pair of 12AX7s in the preamp. With controls for Dwell, Mix and Tone, it\'s easy to dial in the perfect amount of splash and sparkle, and this classic Fender effect simply goes in line between your guitar and amp!

The circuit is clean and well maintained, with the famed blue Ajax capacitors in the preamp and stock power transformer and choke that date to 1963, with a replaced USA made output transformer that matches original spec. The main filter caps and smaller bypass caps have been replaced so as to keep the amp operating within original factory spec, but otherwise the circuit is untouched! The original Accutronics two-spring tank is also present with a factory date code from the 14th week of \'63 and sporting new Fender replacement RCA cables with braided shielding running to the circuit. The tube chart is very clean and intact with almost no fading to the paper and wear in only the upper right corner.

The original rough brown tolex and wheat grillcloth are in fantastic shape, with only light wear on the edges of the enclosure. A modern Fender leather handle has replaced the original, and the handle ends, flat metal \"Fender\" logo, and all four original nickel feet are intact. The faceplate retains the original brown barrel knobs and only shows minor wear beneath the \"Reverb\' text and adjacent to the input jack.
