This is for a vintage cereal premium which was a tie in to Dick Dastardly & Muttley and Their Flying Machines (aka, Stop That Pigeon). This is blue and material kind of like an eraser/rubber. Dated 1969. Measures approximately 1 3/8\" in height. Figure has some surface dirt. One wing has a darkish dot on the tip, and there are some darkish spots on the back of his head. Unfortunately, the front of his feet are missing. However, this is a tough figure to find in any condition, and is priced accordingly with this problem.
