1970 Incoming Special Delivery Cover from Greece to Maryland. Damaged and opened at top left. Re-sealed and two Post Office Seals applied, both OX40, one on face and one on reverse. Each is tied by a Baltimore MD / Special Delivery Postmark. OX40 is a bit uncommon on cover, only used for a couple of years and then replaced with a new design. Very white paper, 38.5 mm design width.
