Offering an rare and EXCEPTIONAL late mid-century metal art sculpture by Perry Marshall of Cheshire, Connecticut. Stamp-signed and dated 1974, this lovely sculpture of a delicate Japanese Maple survives in excellent condition. The leaves and trunk are elegantly gilded (and all the gilding is in excellent condition), the trunk is secured to a naturalistic, bonsai-style base covered in crushed white rock. This rare and beautiful piece will be a perfect accent in any well appointed decor. Measures about 8.25\" tall and about 11\" wide. In PERFECT Condition and absolutely beautiful.
