Vintage 1976 Mattel Chatter Chums talking Mickey Mouse toy. Pull the string on the back and Mickey says a variety of phrases. Approx. 6 1/2 in. Made of hard plastic. Head moves as Mickey \"talks\". Shows paint wear, light surface wear and Mickey\'s voice is a bit slow and lower in pitch than when new. Marked Mattel 1976 Hong Kong on his back. No cracks or chips.
