The doubloon measures 39 mm or1 1/2\" indiameterandis in ExcellentCondition. Payment due within 48 hours of purchase. Note:The obversefeaturesthe Bacchus Logo. Thereverse features a Knight in Shining Armor with Sword in Right Hand and Fair Maiden on His Lap Astride His Trusted Stead with a Castle in the Backgroundand reads \"HAPPILY EVER AFTER...1977.\"This doubloon was designed by Blaine Kern Artists of New Orleans and made in West Germany. The doubloon has \"999\" and \"505\" stamped into its edge at the 6 o\'clock position, and the Bacchus Motto \"In Vino Veritas\" stamped into its edge at the 12 o\'clock position. The photos simply do not do this doubloon justice because the beautiful Gold, Green, Purple and Blue Toning is simply Spectacular on this doubloon. The most beautiful toning I have ever seen on a Fine Silver Doubloon! The 2016 Doubloon Guide lists this doubloon at $60.00. (Unless specifically described as toning, the gold, green, blue and purple hues seen on any item are the reflection of a Mardi Gras Banner which hangs above my desk.)
