This album and collection was put together and issued by the United States Postal Service and

contains all the commemorative stamps issued by the US Postal Service in 1979.

The stamps are all in mint condition. The stamps have never been mounted, and are loosely inserted behind a clear protective sleeve

Thealbum is printed on high quality gloss card stock. It has color artwork and background information on each stamp.

This set includesa total of 1-10 cent, 28-15 cent, an 1-31 cent Airmailstamps, there are 4 multi-stamp blocks, with 4 different stamps of the series.

The original envelope that the album and stamps came in is included.

We have all the USPS issued collector albums from 1971 through 1988 in separate listings.

Since US Postage never expires, these stamps can be used for mailing.
