The lower end of the pen is broken
I am not sure if the filling mechanism working or not ( never tested) although no part missing from the pen and I try to twist the filling mechaism one time it was moving smoothly.
There is discoloration of the nib (may be could removed by Polishing)
the nib is small writing fine very well
There is no other deffect in the pen other than those two mentioned above the body of the pen is good.
