This is a great RARE vintage Halloween costume. It does NOT come with a mask but if you have the mask this would be a great way to complete the outfit.
It is for kids so if your an adult I don\'t think you can wear it unless you want a vinyl shirt.It\'s more for nostalgic purposes where you can hang on the wall or dress up your favorite mannequin.
You get the exact item pictured so please look at the pictures and make your own condition judgment. That being said it is in good condition with no major issues that I could see other than being a bit wrinkly from storage. No tears or unwanted holes. Itwould go great in your Halloween collection.
