This set is in used condition. Set is playable but missing pieces. Many pieces are 24k Gold plated, some pieces havecorrosion. Set has some wear from use (see photos)Comes as pictured, includes everything you see. Set comes with portfolios with checklist, rules and game instructions. We went though the checklist and set has the following. Board. 16 of 16 Chance & Community chest cards. 12 of 12 Hotels, 29 of 32 Houses. 9 of 10 tokens (missing Battleship).
