Offering a vintage blown glass egg with wood display base manufacturedby Treasured Visions. The egg has been hand painted using the reverse paintingtechnique and depicts scenes of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. From myresearch, it seems that the Treasured Visions company created 6 designs eachyear for approximately 3 years that represented stories from the Old Testament.The intricate designs were painstakingly applied going through the smallopening at the bottom of the egg. Each egg is unique and beautiful. The eggdisplayed on the base is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide.The artist has signed the bottom of the egg with initials \"SMC\" andthe year 1991. This egg was previously owned, however, it is in very goodcondition and seems as if it has been stored in its box with very little usethrough the decades. The base of the egg has a few spots that look like theymight be manufacturing flaws,but are not really noticeable when displaying theegg.
