Please bring the entire box to your local post office or FedEx to file a damage report and e-mail me the pictures immediately. The claim process can take up to 30 days to complete.

We only accept returns for unopened box and original seal intact. Some minor paint imperfections from the manufacturer or dented boxes from the shipping process are considered acceptable.
