It dates from the late 19th to early 20th century and is in overall fair as-is condition with oldsrepairs to the horn; the hands have minor losses (still apparent); there is rubbing to the gold and painted decoration in many areas;accumulated crusty dust on the surface andespecially in the cracks and crevices; light glaze andsurface scratches and scuffingthroughout; and other signsof light wearconsistent with age.
