This is a superbantique19th century French oval framed needlepoint tapestry. It is in excellent condition and framed under glass. The frame isnot old.I have not taken it out of the frame to examine it as it is sealed. The quality of the work is astounding and I cannot imagine how many hours it took to create this masterpiece. Size is 19\" X 23 1/2\" including the frame. The light areas in some of the photos are glare from the glass and not on the artwork. Please scroll down for all 12 photos.
