This really great cigarette and matches holder featurean 18th century General - it stands about 7\" tall - the base is about 5 1/4\" x 5 1/2\" it looks to be all hand painted with some hand work along the \"stone\" base. The largest holder still retains it\'s original lid with \"stick\" handle it is also the only place I can see any damage with a chip being reglued to the top left side - no other damage or issues with the piece that I can see or feel - The only marks I can find are some incised and written numbers on the bottom see pictures.
