Moser Hand Painted Enameled glass chalice with cabochon glass decorations around bottom of chalice with painted flowers and vines and sea serpents?? This measures 8 3/4\" tall x 3 5/8 wide at mouth of chalice. Very good condition has a few light scratches inside cup, a paint flaw on bottom white trim see pictures.
