It is undated but looks to be late 19th century
row or uppercase cursive alphabet then ABC MN WM, the 2 rows of uppercase letters (light yellow thread) with Harriet Norton aged 11 years in brown, then a row of lower case letters in brown followed by: Seek the Lord while in my youth and seek him not in vain He\'ll show me thee wars of rush and areas will be shy again
