19th c. Folk Art, Primitive Oil/Canvas, Homestead, Man & His Dog at the Roadside:
$45.00

c. 1880s folk art, primitive oil on canvas of a country homestead or farm with a man and his dog standing in the road.

The workis in nice condition with no tears or holes or wear to the paint.

It is somewhat dark -- in part because it was paintedthat way, and it also could use a cleaning.

The stretcher is intact, though mayneed a little straightening tosettle into the frame properly.

The work is signed H. White on the lower right -- wish I knew who that was.

The painting measures 20\" x 12\" and the frame is another 1\" around it.

Thanks for looking, please write with any questions, and thanks to all my customers from the U.S. and around the world for20 great years on .
