Provenance: Yardley Estate, Bucks County, PA.Fair Condition. Some obvious creases, discolorations, stains, writings, and some fading of ink. Some hardening of vellum. Really nice cursive writing. in Lower Makefield Bucks County Indenture made the Fifth day of January in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two BETWEEN
Courtland Yardley of the City of Albany in the State of New York
and Hannah Ann his wife of the One Part. And William Yardley [???]
of the township of Lower Makefield in the county of Bucks of
Pennsylvania of the Other Part. Witnesseth that the said Courtland
Yardley and wife as well for a discharge of all money due and owing
by them to the said William Yardley. As for and in consideration of
the sum of One Thousand Dollars lawful to them in hand paid by the
said William Yardley at and upon the execution hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, ...\"
