The delightful piece is highly unusual as the Mosaic table top was fitted during the latter part of the 19th Century using pieces of Porcelain from various famous pottery factories.
The top of the table appears to commemorate Queen Victoria\'s diamond Jubilee celebrations which were during the same year as the table date suggests (1897)
Queen Victoria\'s Diamond Jubilee Accession day which took place at Buckingham Palace on Sunday 20th June 1897 so this piece is a beautiful reminder of 19th centurycraftsmanship and Queen Victoria herself.
The piece is mounted upon a fabulous solid cast regency period Wrought Iron table base which dates to an earlier period of 1840 - 1860.

Offered in overall very good condition consistent with it\'s very old age but there are areas of porcelain that are absent from the table edge hence we are selling the piece as \'Requiring restoration / tlc\'\'.
This will be arelativelyeasy andinexpensivejob for somebody toundertake as broken porcelain pieces are easy to source.
