Payment & Shipping

I only accept Paypal as a form of payment, if you pay via E-Cheque using paypal, I cannot post the order until your E-Cheque has cleared.

All my items are custom/personalised, I do ship as soon as I can. Normally orders are made and sent within 1-3 days, however I strongly advise of5 working daysfor your order to arrive via Royal Mail.RUSH ORDERScan be made but youMUSTcontact me and have the order confirmed by me first to ensure I can make and post out in time. I reserve the right to refund any orders immediately that have not provided enough time for me to make and send.

Please note: International orders do vary in delivery times, dispatch is within 1 -3 days, delivery is between 5-10 days for destinations such as AUSTRALIA AND UNITED STATES. Please only order if you have allowed plenty of time for the order to arrive. There is not tracking available on Royal Airmail standard and there is no rush service for overseas orders.

Should you have any problems with your order please contact me immediately. I cannot rectify any problems if you use the response system to notify me of any issues. Custom made personalised items are exempt from the distance selling regulations therefore i do not accept returns. If I have made an error please message me via to advise and replacements will be sent straight out to you.
