These two kitchen French chef knives are in USEDcondition.Carbon steel bladeshasnormal age darkening andstaining.Bladeshave been sharpened in the past.One with three brass rivets in the handle is a little over 11 1/2\" long tip to tip.Center rivet is MISSING on one side. Really neat makers stamp of a head of a man with a chef hat.The one with two brass rivets,has a stamping of the maker \" LaCroix\",almost impossibe to see, because it is so worn,man running with a large knife,also stamped FRANCE TRADEMARK.ALSO blade on this one has some heavy pitting.Both are stamped \"WARRANTED HAND FORGED\".These are bothfull Tang. With some TLC,would give decades of service.Please look at all the photos.
