Carving was roughed out with a chainsaw and scroll saw, then grinders and chisels were used for carved details. I do all coloring on my wood carvings with fire and stains and coatwith spar urethane.The eyes, hair and everything I make as realistic asI can. On the back of the wood carving I signed and dated and it has a recess cut out for hanging flush against the wall.Imagine this carving over a fireplace, in a kids room or anywhere else it could be a centerpiece of your wall-hanging wood carving collection.
