Both of these well known and well loved Mackenzie Childs patterns have always been collector favorites!I bought both several YEARS ago from an authorized Mackenzie Childs shop...and somehow along the line of several moves / relocations, I only have the one of eachThey were separated from their original mates, and unfortunately was probably buried in packing and thrown out by accident
Company founders & designers Victoria and Richard Mackenzie Childs always loved putting different patterns and colors together for a funky look, and why not have some fun with them!
Both are clearly unused, and beautifully painted.
The \"X\" on the base of the blue swirl Spencer indicated a discontinued item, and the shaker is FIRST QUALITY
Early logos, and stoppers are completely intact
They measure approx. 2.5\" H x 1.75\" W (at widest point across ball)
Handmade & Painted in Aurora, NY...POTTERY pieces like this are the true future heirlooms of the brand, as the company currently trends away from Aurora made ceramics in the direction of enamelware, accessories, and other pieces made overseas.
