These are heavy and substantial; they each weigh 1 pound, 12 ounces. They are 12 1/2 inches long, 6\" wide and they jut out from the wall by 4 1/2inches. They are in excellent condition and have never been used.; this is the finish they had when purchased maybe 10 years ago. They could be used both indoors and out. Depending on where you live, the best shipping rate would be the medium flat rate box, unless you are close to Florida.
