These are wonderful glass trays. As far as I know, these are most frequently attributed to Dino Martens but I am not sure if this attribution is correct. These pieces are in lovely unused condition. Both have labels or partial labels and both are clear glass with white and oranges stripes. Both pieces have bubbles in the glass and instead of being a distraction, they are actually enhancements as they make the dishes sparkle when they are held up to the light. Obviously, these bubbles are remnants of the manufacturing process and are not damage. Also, one of the pieces has a deliberate extra blob of glass joining the foot or base of the dish to the body of the tray. I think that this is incredibly neat and only enhances the artistry of the piece. This is visible in the last photo.
The longest piece is 11.5 inches long and 7.5 inches wide at its waist. The smaller piece is 11 inches long and 7 inches wide at its waist. Pleaase note, this is not the widest point, just the narrowest point from rim to rim. I think that this is a great set that is not only beautiful but useful as well. I think that they are just great!
