I was informed that this is an Ink Well. Since I really did not know I will go by their advice.Very beautiful Lead Crystal Jar from Things Remembered. The lid is probably silver plate but I can not say for sure because I was not able to locate a mark. It measures 3 1/4\" X 2 7/8 inches.
May be shipped Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS depending on who is making a pick up that day.Listed shipping cost is for the lower 48 U.S. States only. All others including U.S. Territories are extra.
