• Any item returned must be brand new, factory sealed and unused.
• There are no returns on any Paintballs or Special Order Items.
• Returns must be received within 30 DAYS of placing your order.
When returning an item, You can receive a refund back to your credit card or paypal account reflecting a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately all shipping charges are non refundable. If an order has received free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted before the refund is issued.
We try our best not to make mistakes but if you have received a wrong item with your order, please notify us via email or phone [phone removed by ] immediately so we can get your item corrected ASAP. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to return incorrect item to us.
In the unfortunate event that you received a defective item, all NEW paintball gear has a one year implied warranty through the manufacturer. To resolve your problem in a timely fashion, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Below you will find a list of phone #'s for all the paintball gear manufacturers.
In regards to our USED paintball markers, we offer a 30 day service/repair warranty from the date of purchase. If item is non-working within the 30 day purchase date,please return marker back to us and we will gladly service/repair the defective marker at our cost and return to you in a timely manner. If we can not fix the issue, we will issue you a store credit towards another marker.. There are NO cash refunds issued for used paintball markers.
