Heavy-duty, antique door hinges made by,\"Stanley Works,\" of New Britain,CT during the first quarter of the previouscentury. Each hinge is made ofsolid, heavy, thick steel.
Originally, the hinges were brass plated, however, some of theplating wore off over the yearsleaving them with a nice, distressedfinish!
At the point of salvage, the hinges were painted, dirty, and rusty. Since then, we removed the paint, and cleaned them to the best of our ability.
Considering their age, the hinges are in great shape. They have the typicalnicks and scratches that you would expect to find on old, used hinges, butthere are no breaks, cracks, bends, or gouges. Allhingesopen and close with ease.
