These serving pieces would be neat for a beach or Under the Sea party. The tarnished one is a little nicer, a bit more detailed and a bit heavier. They both have thick glass inserts that are marked YHS. I\'m guessing the tarnished one is silver plate, and the other one looks more like a chrome plating. Chrome one does have wear on finish especially on the bottom. They are 5\" wide, the glass section is 4\" wide. At this time I do not ship outside of the United States.
