Click to View Image Album I\'m guessing I have these in the right age category. The one with the darker face is a Cavalier, the other is just marked on the face Ingraham Alarm. The Cavalier is 5 3/4\" tall not including the top knob, 2 1/4\" x 5 1/4\" at base and face is 3 1/2\" across. The other clock is slightly smaller but the same face diameter. Both are rough and sold \'as is\' in non-working condition and needing some cleaning. On the Cavalier, the time and alarm set knobs work. The time and alarm time were matched when I got it and in pulling up the top knob (bit stiff), the alarm did sound; sort of a rattly rather than ring of a soung. I wanted to reset the alarm and try it again at a different time but the minute hand is bowed in just enough to catch on the hour hand. Alarm winder feels OK, time winder is frozen. As to appearance, the face is very darkened but can be made out. Convex face glass is good, some spotty wear to the bezel finish but good overall. I\'m assuming the case finish is the sort of steely silver color; there is general mottling of the color. Back panel is mostly rusty though metal still has good strength, a patch of lesser wear where the patent numbers are. On the other, the time set knob works. Alarm set knob and the hand is missing. In turning the time around the clock to see if the alarm would go off, it did - nice and strong enough to make me jump. Alarm winder has just enough give to say it\'s not frozen, time winder is frozen. Face has some spotty/flecky wear and fading of numerals in places but not bad overall. Convex face glass is good, flecky wear to the bezel finish but still lots of remaining shine. Case\'s black finish has considerable wear, heavier on the back.Please see the Very Necessary Info section for full terms.
