I have been an avid collector of linens for many years. I have hundreds of them. Most of my collection is vintage. Most have been obtained at local estate sales and antique stores. A lot of them are hand crafted. I have not just stored my linens away. They have all been lovingly used, displayed and appreciated. Vintage linens are rarely perfect and may have some age spots or imperfections. I will point out any that I can see or am aware of. Sometimes spots & stains will respond to a pre-treater, Oxy soak, bleach or a Clorox Bleach Pen. I often spray a pre-treater, wash & then hang them to dry in sunlight. It will often eliminate or lighten the stain. Even with imperfections they are all beautiful to my eyes. I just have too many and will be parting with a large portion of them over the next few months.

ITEM CONDITION: We will always describe items to the best of our ability, knowledge of the item or what we were told at time of purchase. Items are usually vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise specified. Vintage & pre-owned items are rarely in perfect condition. We will point any flaws that we can see or are aware of. We are not perfect and may miss a minor detail. If this happens, please contact us. We have a smoke free home. We are owned by three cats and cannot guarantee that a stray hair or two will not make it to your home.

REFUNDS: All items are sold as is. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not refund for buyers regret.

SHIPPING CHARGES: We receive emails from potential buyers asking if we can lower the shipping charges. We cannot. We know postage is expensive (we are also buyers). My husband worked for many years in a 55 & over community. He brought home boxes and boxes of \"stuff\" that was either discarded or given to him. I have also been an avid collector for many years.
